Join us for this summer experience in Iceland in July 2017: most beautiful landscapes, long hours of sun, outstanding waterfalls – this is what makes this workshop special. With a very small group of max. six workshop participants we will keep a maximum of flexibility and discover the best photo spots at the right time. Beautiful spots including Dettifoss, Mývatn, Kirkjufell and more are waiting for us!
Iceland is considered a paradise for landscape photographers for good reasons. We will take photos of impressive landscapes, beautiful waterfalls, bizarre rock formations and natural beaches.

Date & Duration
The workshop takes place in mid of July where we will experience long hours of sun and enjoyable climate.
Group Size & Price
You will receive best value for your money. With the small group size of only four to six participants there is sufficent time to instruct each workshop participant individually.
Sun will be shining from approx. 2:30 am until midnight. Our main focus will be on photographing landscapes after dinner for perfect light during sunsets. (This also means late breakfasts and travel during the day.)
We will meet on Friday evening in Reykjavík and go for dinner.
The next two days we will enjoy Snæfellsnes peninsula. Here we can find great cliffs around Anarstapi, Londrangur, iconic Mt. Kirkjufell and many other hidden treasures.
On Tuesday we will head all way up to the North of Iceland. We will explore Skagi, enjoy Hvítserkur rock, looking for seals and a great lighthouse with basalt rocks around it.
On Wednesday we will go for whale watching at Husavík. After that we go into the highlands to enjoy Aldeyjarfoss and Goðafoss.
On Thursday we will explore the area around lake Mývatn, geothermal areas and epic waterfalls like Dettifoss and Sellfoss.
On Friday we will have a long drive deep into the highlands to Hveravellir and Kerlingafjöll.
On Saturday we will leave the highlands and visit the Golden Circle area to enjoy my favourite waterfall called Brúarfoss. In the evening we will arrive in Reykjavík.
On Sunday our adventure will come to an end and we’ll fly back home.
